Justin Reed Enterprises LLC - Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that surf fishing and all related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slippery and uneven surfaces

• Strong currents, waves, and tides

• Unpredictable weather conditions

• Marine life encounters (fish, jellyfish, stingrays, sharks, etc.)

• Physical exertion and fatigue

• Use of fishing equipment that may cause injury

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in a guided surf fishing charter with Justin Reed Enterprises LLC and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

2. Waiver & Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Justin Reed Enterprises LLC, its owners, guides, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of the guided surf fishing experience.

This waiver applies to all claims, including those arising from negligence on the part of Justin Reed Enterprises LLC or its representatives.

3. Medical Fitness & Emergency Medical Treatment

I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in surf fishing activities. I understand that Justin Reed Enterprises LLC is not responsible for providing medical care and that emergency response services may not be immediately available.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Justin Reed Enterprises LLC and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Equipment & Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that Justin Reed Enterprises LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, including fishing gear, clothing, electronics, or personal items.

5. Compliance with Rules & Instructions

I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Justin Reed Enterprises LLC and its guides. Failure to do so may result in my removal from the charter without a refund.

6. Photography & Media Release

I grant Justin Reed Enterprises LLC permission to use photographs and videos taken during the guided fishing trip for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and advertising. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the guide in advance.

7. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian’s consent if under 18.
